Today we want to introduce Dr. Saeid Kakooei to you. He is a new member of our Advisory Board. Working as a lecturer he is teaching Corrosion Engineering, Engineering Materials and Thermodynamic courses in Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) to Undergraduate students of Mechanical Engineering Department, he has a lot of experience.

Saeid Kakooei is a PhD researcher of corrosion and surface engineering at the Centre for Corrosion Research, Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) in Perak, Malaysia. Having obtained his academic degrees from this university, he has focused most of his research on different aspects of corrosion problem in Oil & gas industries. He was a senior Martial engineer in Iran before joining UTP as full scholarship PhD candidate. He has authored over 30 scientific publications on Material and Corrosion filed and has received several innovation awards, such as ITEX2014 award. He is also a member of the national association of corrosion engineers (NACE, USA) and Iranian corrosion association (ICA, Iran). As a lecturer he is teaching Corrosion Engineering, Engineering Materials and Thermodynamic courses in UTP to Undergraduate students of Mechanical Engineering Department.
